Awwww! After this episode of GLEE, there wasn't a dry eye in the house!

This truly touching episode featured love, lust, finding your way and finding yourself. Really, every teenage issue rolled into one fantastic episode...but isn't that what GLEE is all about?

The show's focus took a break from Rachel and her life and turned it's attention to another iconic figure on the show – Mercedes.

Newly-inducted Cheerio, Mercedes is urged (by Sue, of course) to drop four pounds after gaining two. She insists on doing "whatever it takes" to drop the weight. She plunges into a dangerous habit - starvation - that leads her to picturing her friends as food items, and ultimately fainting on the school floor. Quinn confronts her, and shares her view on food after "eating for two," which seems to help Mercedes. She goes on to stage a Cheerio performance starring the diva herself, singing "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera. This lands Sue in a fantastic spot for her interview...she comes out as the compassionate coach to a very diverse and accepting team. Oh, if the reporter only knew.

Meanwhile, Mr. Schuester is once again caught up in the game of love. He is the apple of guest star April's (Kristin Chenoweth) eye. She shows up to his house requesting to stay the night, and ends up in his bed! Don't worry though - they just slept! Not before singing a beautiful rendition of "Alone". Schu gives April advice...which she takes. But...we'll get back to that later.

So about Kurt's dad and Finn's mom...an interesting balance of ridiculously adorable and immensely awkward! It was all Kurt's doing - he introduced his dad to Finn's mom at parent teacher conferences. And...bam! Instant love. He ties their relationship into Glee club by performing "A House is Not a Home." At first, Kurt's loving it and Finn is having a very hard time letting go of his dad. He feels that his mom is replacing his dad and erasing the memory. He falsely intends to dump his dad's ashes down the toilet, only to find that his mom literally talks to the urn...every night. Then Finn and Kurt's dad begin to bond over sports, a topic Kurt tends to stay away from. But this ultimately upsets Kurt, leaving his dad sitting in Finn's dad's chair and Kurt crying outside the room.

And what of New Directions? With them robbed of a place to rehearse, they take it to the roller rink...but it isn't really going so well. After April takes Schu's advice, she inherits a good amount of cash - 2 mil to be exact - and buys the auditorium! For the Glee Club!

The show comes to a close with April's beautiful "Home" from The Wiz.

Will Kurt's dad and Finn's mom last?  Is it true love?  What do you think?
