I hate custody battle stories. I really do. They bite and 88.7 percent of the time, I skip it. This story caught my attention though especially with the words 'Halle Berry tell-all book' in the header. Now just in case you don't know Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubrey are currently in the midst of an ugly custody case. Halle has petitioned the courts to allow her to move to France with their daughter Nahla so she can be with current fiance, Olivier Martinez. She's spewed accusations such as 'racist' and 'abusive' to try and sway the legal system. Well, it seems as though Gabriel has had enough and is considering writing a tell-all book about their relationship, reports Radar.

According to Radar:

"Aubrey is being urged by his friends to write a tell-all book about his relationship with Berry. And, although he is wary as he wishes to spare the feelings of the warring couple’s daughter, Nahla, a source close to the situation says he has been approached by publishers offering high six figures.

“Gabe has finally woken up and is going for the money because he knows there is no way he can fight to keep his daughter without it,” the source says. “If he doesn't get the money he wants from Halle, he is going to go ahead and write a tell-all. Gabe has two separate high six figure offers on the table from NY publishers. Halle is terrified of this happening; it’s her worst nightmare come true -- and she’s talking settlement money but locking Gabe into a non disclosure deal.  So one way or another he's going to get paid."

I have only had one run in with Halle Berry years ago, I was a teenager at the time working retail, and she was a bitch. End of story. She's definitely fake and sticky sweet nice to the media when plenty of eyeballs are on her but to a lowly teen shop girl, she wasn't so easy breezy. This was at a time when Halle was supposed to be the nice, reserved Halle, victim of first husband, David Justice. Whatever -- all I can say is my one and only experience with her wasn't so great. I'd love to read a scathing tell-all book about Miss Berry because I can totally see a duplicitous side to her. 

In summary, don't sign the NDA, Gabriel! Oh and Oliver, you better run away, like haul ass FAST!
