This morning on the Today Show, Kate Hudson revealed to Matt Lauer that she and Matt Bellamy of Muse got engaged! I loved that she was waiting for someone to notice her gigantic rock before finally showing it off. Kate said:

"This is new! I'm engaged! Thank you! It just happened a week ago. I'm so glad you noticed. I haven't really announced it and I kind of felt like the announcing thing felt so silly. You know what I mean? I've just been waiting for somebody to notice."

For those who don't know, Kate "Im With the Band" Hudson ain't nothing but a Hollywood rock groupie. Matt Bellamy is the lead singer of Muse. I LOVE Muse! They are genius as far as I'm concerned, but even I have to admit, Kate sure does have a penchant for "non-coventional" looking rockers. 

Congrats to the happy couple!
