Here are more highlights from Kristen's Q&A session at the press conference.
What drives Kristen Stewart?
KS: “I love acting, think it's cool to be indulgent and to follow that...for the next few years, I just want to be an actor.
Do you believe in marriage?
KS: Yeah, sure, whatever you want to do, you know.
What's going on in your head during the tent scene?
KS: “It was SO HOT in that sleeping bag! The scene was eternal.”
Are Edward and Jacob good examples of love?
KS: “None of our characters are perfect – at all. They are all so completely crazy and messed up and that's why they go well together.”
On Bella's character: Kristen said that she sometimes wished Bella would just relax, wonders why Bella just doesn't let herself be..."favorite thing about Bella is that she screws up and doesn't care and this is the way life is and I'm young and I'm growing up.”
On the tent scene:
KS: “To shoot the tent scene felt good, because she always wanted Jacob and Edward to level with each other finally, and I think it's funny that it takes place while she's sleeping in between them...I liked the scene so much, I liked to see that finally happen in the story.”
On why someone should see Eclipse: “The love triangle comes to a conclusion...it has way more action, for non Twilight fans, it's definitely a more dynamic movie.”
On the changes in Bella from Twilight to Breaking Dawn:
KS: “I think it will be awesome to see how much she's changed from Twilight -- she's a 17 year old kid who really doesn't care about a whole lot other than herself to see her become a matriarch.”
Who's the better kisser?
KS: “Dakota, I'm just going to say that because it's easier”
On Bella's decision to become a vampire:
KS: “She's definitely making decisions for herself and she's not just going along with what Edward is saying to do which is something that people instantly latch on to is that she is this weak co-dependent girl that is just in need all the time of this guy and it's so not the case. If it were to be told from his perspective, he would be just as vulnerable and needy as her but it's told from her mind so obviously those vulnerabilities are going to be more apparent...”
What designer would design Bella's wedding dress?
KS: “Stephanie is absolutely in charge of that. I feel like Bella would want something classic and simple and beautiful.”
