Hell's bells!  What in tarnation kind of birthday cake is this? 

Leann Rimes had a custom cake made with all of hubby Eddie Cibrian's favorite things included for his 39th birthday.  

Leann tweeted: "Eddie's favorite things bday cake," Rimes wrote. "LOVE there was a Lakers jersey, a Bronco, a paddle board and more!"

What she didn't say was there was also a couple depicted in bed on top of the cake with two little boys modeled after Eddie and Brandi Glanville's sons, Mason and Jake seemingly having a giggle.  It was probably an innocuous cake when it was full of all of his favorite things but where's the Lakers jersey, the Bronco, paddle board and all that other stuff that you mentioned, Leann? It's just odd that Leann would take a snap of the cake sans "the favorite things."  Instead, all that we see are two little boys hiding out whilst the adults do it.  Call me a prude but something seems a bit off about that.
