We all know Miley Cyrus loves her some tattoos and to show off them tats she likes to sport deep, side-cut tops usually in the form of redneck tank tops.  Well, here's Miley wearing this modest little number to display her ink and side boobage.  Lord have mercy, she's very close to having a full on wardrobe malfunction whilst running barefoot around LA.  

Here's the thing: Call me looney, but I'm not so shocked with the top because let's be honest here, we've seen worse on Miley.  I'm here to say at least she's wearing pants.  I'm more appalled that she's running around Los Angeles barefoot.  My feet are inexplicably itching just looking at this photo.  As my drag queen friends would say, "Girl, that's just gross and definitely NOT GOOD GLAMOUR."
