Okay, what in tarnation? Since when have Nene and Taylor been rolling deep? The two Real Housewives were snapped heading to Boa Steakhouse in Hollywood for a girl's dinner date.

I'm not surprised they are together because well, they both work for Bravo, and we all know it's a photo op, but what's really going on with their choice of attire? I don't hate it, but somehow I question them wearing items my niece and her friends are sporting. I haven't seen anything this reminiscent of Chess King since well, Flash Dance. Not that I have anything against Flash Dance -- it's actually one of my favorite dance movies, but, I can honestly say I can't look at an off-the-shoulder gray jersey garment without thinking of Jennifer Beals. It could just be me, but isn't Nene's mini-dress a tad bit short? I mean, my 14 year-old niece is wearing this style right now but with high top sneakers -- although on her, it looks more wholesome. 

Taylor on the other hand, from the front doesn't look terrible. It's just that from the back, with the black racer-back tank, layered underneath a knit tube dress with drapery detail, I'm visualizing Merry-Go-Round. The only missing pieces are neon jelly shoes and mesh gloves. 

That's it, I'm putting on Irene Cara right now. Or maybe Bananarama?
