Again, another reason why I am obsessed and madly in love with Zach Galifianakis! (Zach, if you're reading this, call me!) 

Zach was a guest on Bill Maher's TV talk show on HBO to promote his upcoming film Due Date (which looks hilarious) and soon the talk turned to the legalization of marijuana which is soon going up for the vote in California. 

Zach said, "It's a tricky thing politically to jump on that bandwagon (voting for marijuana's legalization) because I think that maybe people still see it as taboo," and then very casually pulled a joint out of his pocket, lit it and started smoking away!  

He then passed the joint across the table to conservative reporter and Maragret Hoover who claimed that the joint was in fact real!  

Hmmm......wonder how a conservative reporter knew that?  

Now whether you are for the legalization or not, you have got to admit this is one funny clip and that Zach is one funny guy!  Can't wait for Due Date on Friday!
